Autograph Request Information
Casey Mears Fan Club
1. For each autographed handout please give name of whom you would like it personalized to. Please do not ask for multiple handouts unless they are personalized. When addressing envelope to yourself please place our return address in the upper left corner of the envelope (PO Box 520, Terrell, NC 28682) as this will help expedite your request. Using a pre-sealed envelope will also help expedite your autograph request.
2. You must include a (8X10, 9X12, etc.) self addressed stamped envelope. Without proper postage affixed requests cannot and will not be processed!
DO NOT send stamps or money!! If you don't send a self addressed stamped envelope your request will not be processed.
3. Other items ( trading cards, your own photo taken, etc. ) to be autographed will be accepted as long as you include self addressed mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and item can be personalized. When sending duplicate cards only ONE will be signed unless personalized.
4. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping. Make sure you have your self addressed stamped envelope properly addressed with correct zip code etc.
