KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Saturday afternoon, Jimmie Johnson led the way for Hendrick Motorsports by qualifying 12th for Sunday’s race at Kansas Speedway.
Next to line up will be Chase Elliott, taking the green flag in 14th. Following his teammates in 16th will be Alex Bowman and William Byron rounds out the group in 25th.
Daniel Hemric captured the pole.
