NASCAR.com Sponsoring Marrow Program Auction

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (April 15, 2004) – The Hendrick Marrow Program and NASCAR.com are teaming up to offer race fans the chance to bid on exciting NASCAR-themed items through an eBay online auction. The proceeds from the five-day auction, which went live Thursday, April 15, will benefit the Hendrick Marrow Program. Items offered in the auction include sheet metal from the cars driven by Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson; a pair of driving gloves worn by Johnson during a NASCAR Winston Cup Series race in 2003; and an authentic race-day crew uniform shirt from the No. 24 DuPont team. Some of the items are autographed by Gordon, Johnson, Terry Labonte and Brian Vickers.
