CONCORD, N.C. -- Hendrick Motorsports Gaming Club had a top-10 finish at Dover International Speedway for the third event of the eNASCAR Heat Pro League.
Nick Jobes finished eighth on PlayStation 4 while teammate Sam Morris finished 13th on Xbox One.
Morris' race was up first and he rolled off the grid in 10th place. He slipped to 12th by the sixth lap but jumped up a spot to 11th by lap 11.
On lap 23 Morris pitted with the majority of the field and came back out onto the track in 12th place. Twenty five laps in he jumped up to 10th and moved up to ninth two laps later. Morris slid up one more spot with 30 laps left in the race and maintained that position for more than 20 laps.
With 23 laps left Morris pitted for the second time. He came off pit road in 13th place and was down two laps with 21 laps left. He gained back a lap and finished the race in 13th.
Jobes started in eighth place and was quick to move up to seventh. An incident ahead of Jobes shuffled him back to ninth place seven laps in. By lap 14 Jobes dropped three spots to 12th.
He jumped up to fourth when competitors decided to pit but with 46 laps to go he decided to head to pit road. Coming off pit road he was in 11th place.
He maintained that position until lap 42 when he moved up a spot. Jobes decided to pit for the second time with 23 laps left in the race. He came off pit road in 10th place.
Jobes moved up to eighth with 21 laps to go and remained in that position for the rest of the event.
