CONCORD, N.C. -- The wait is over. "NASCAR Heat 5," which features Chase Elliott on the standard cover, is available for purchase.
In May, it was revealed that the cover art for the highly anticipated 704Games release would have Elliott and the No. 9 team on the cover.
To celebrate, Hendrick Motorsports is giving away two downloadable copies of the game on both Twitter and Instagram. Fans can like and retweet @TeamHendrick on Twitter and tag a friend on Instagram to win their own copy.
Along with Elliott and other Cup Series drivers, Hendrick Motorsports Gaming Club's Nick Jobes and Sam Morris are featured in the game. Fans can take the virtual field as Jobes and Morris, just like they would during an eNASCAR Heat Pro League Series race.
Both Morris and Jobes will be giving away codes on the XBox One and PlayStation 4 to a few lucky fans who like and retweet them.
NASCAR Heat 5 was developed by 704Games and will be published by Motorsport Games. Licensed by NASCAR, the game will feature 34 realistic tracks from the NASCAR circuit. Gaming enthusiasts can play alone with a single screen, on a two-play split screen or with up to 40 people on a multiplayer platform.
The game is available for purchase for $49.99 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in addition to Windows PC via Steam.
