CONCORD, N.C. -- The starting lineup has been set for Thursday night's race at Kansas Speedway, and Alex Bowman will be leading the charge for Hendrick Motorsports.
The driver of the No. 88 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE will start in sixth place on the third row. Chase Elliott will follow in 11th, William Byron will rev his engine in 15th and Jimmie Johnson will round out the group with a 20th-place starting position.
The starting lineup was set through a drawing based on the drivers' current Cup Series standings that include all the completed races so far this season.
Kevin Harvick secured the pole position.
The race at Kansas Speedway will be Thursday, July 23 at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, MRN Radio and SiriusXM.
