CONCORD, N.C. - Wait, another drafting track?
The NASCAR Cup Series will take on Atlanta Motor Speedway for the tour's second points-paying race of 2025. In two outings so far (The CLASH at Bowman Gray Stadium and the DAYTONA 500), Hendrick Motorsports has been victorious.

The two trips to victory lane mark the fourth time Rick Hendrick's team has won the season's opening exhibition race as well as the first points-paying race — the most of any team in the Cup Series.
This weekend's festivities will be a return to normalcy from a scheduling perspective. There will be no practice in any series. Cars will take to the racetrack for the first time on their timing qualifying lap.
