CONCORD, N.C. - On Sunday, the NASCAR Cup Series will visit the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas for the fifth time.
If it goes anything like the first four events, it should be a good day for Hendrick Motorsports.
The organization leads the sport in nearly all categories, including wins (Chase Elliott in 2021 and William Byron in 2024), poles (both by Byron), laps led (82), top-five finishes (eight) and top-10 finishes (nine). That success can certainly be seen when looking at each driver's individual history there as well.
Alex Bowman is one of only three drivers to finish in the top five in three of the four races and has never finished outside the top 10. His average finish of 4.3 is second best in the Cup Series. Kyle Larson also won last year's race in the Xfinity Series.
