HOMESTEAD, Fla. - It's raceday in South Florida! And Hendrick Motorsports has already been busy this weekend.
On Friday night, Kyle Larson and Corey Day competed in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. In the end, it was a comeback victory for Larson, who recovered from a late spin in stage three to score the victory.
Saturday's practice and qualifying sessions also proved to be successful with Alex Bowman scoring his first pole position of the season. The afternoon saw Larson again in action, this time behind the wheel of the No. 17 NASCAR Xfinity Series entry. He would ultimately finish fourth after leading 132 laps on the day.
