CONCORD, N.C. - This weekend, the NASCAR touring divisions head to Martinsville Speedway for three days of racing at "The Paperclip".

Once again, a Hendrick Motorsports driver will compete in each series. Starting on Friday, William Byron and Corey Day will compete for Spire Motorsports in the Nos. 07 and No. 7 entries respectively in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. Come Saturday, Day will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut for Hendrick Motorsports in the No. 17 HednrickCars.com entry.

On Sunday, Hendrick Motorsports will look to claim the Martinsville spring race for the fourth year in a row. Byron has won two of the last three (2022 and 2024) while Kyle Larson was victorious in 2023. But don't count out Alex Bowman or Chase Elliott. Both drivers sit inside the top six in the regular season points standings and have earned a victory at the Virginia short track before.
