CONCORD, N.C. - Everything's bigger in Texas.

As far as Hendrick Motorsports is concerned, nobody has a larger laundry list of success at the 1.5-mile Texas Motor Speedway. And that includes the latest venture to the Lone Star State for the NASCAR Cup Series

Chase Elliott enters this Sunday's race as the defending event winner, scoring his first career win at the track last spring. This weekend, his No. 9 Chevrolet will adorn a special paint scheme, commemorating the 100th anniversary of NAPA.

Both William Byron and Kyle Larson have a win at Texas as well and the teammates currently reside first and second respectively in the points standings. Larson's 195 laps led in the Next Gen era (2022-present) lead all drivers and he also scored a victory in the 2021 All-Star race at Texas. Byron has finished seventh, first and third in three points-paying races in the Gen 7 car. His average finish of 3.7 in those three events is best in the Cup Series.

Jimmie Johnson is the all-time wins leader at Texas with seven.
