CONCORD, N.C. - Kasey Kahne, driver of the No. 5 Farmers Insurance Chevrolet SS, will join fellow and former NASCAR Sprint Cup competitors to help raise money in a slow-pitch softball game at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 at CMC-Northeast Stadium in Kannapolis.
Kahne will participate in the NASCAR team, which will face off against a lineup of NHRA talent, including Top Fuel Dragster star Tony Schumacher and Funny Car competitor Ron Capps.
Starting at 5 p.m. local time, all drivers are scheduled to participate in a pre-game autograph session. Please note rosters are tentative and subject to change.
The event will benefit two charities, as selected by the NASCAR and NHRA drivers – the Armed Forces Foundation and the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
