CONCORD, N.C. – In the penultimate episode of Nationwide’s video series, “Unfinished Business,” Dale Earnhardt Jr. shares the historic importance of Daytona International Speedway, and in particular the Daytona 500.
The episode, titled “Road to Daytona, Part I,” features both Earnhardt and Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick.
Earnhardt discusses the famed 1979 Daytona 500, and Hendrick reminisces on some of his favorite Daytona wins.
“There’s nobody I’d rather have in the car at Daytona than Dale Earnhardt Jr.,” Hendrick said. “I’m looking forward to getting another one this year.”
