CONCORD, N.C. – The NASCAR Cup Series is taking it back out west with a race at Kansas Speedway this weekend.
Jimmie Johnson is no stranger to success at Kansas. In his 21 starts at Kansas, he’s earned three wins — the most among active drivers — in addition to nine top-five finishes and 17 top 10s. Johnson shared his thoughts on how the track has changed over the years.
“Kansas is evolving,” Johnson said. “I mean, we’ve seen the racing line move all around that racetrack. It’s been up at the fence and really one of the more crazy tracks we run at.”
