CONCORD, N.C. – Last weekend at Kentucky Speedway, Dale Earnhardt Jr. ran a paint scheme with a very special meaning.

Earnhardt piloted the No. 88 Nationwide Children’s Hospital Chevrolet SS in the Bluegrass State race to highlight the tremendous support patients receive in the hospital’s care. He made another visit to the hospital leading up to the race.

More than 300 fans donated to the cause as a part of the ‘Help Kids Everywhere’ campaign to have their names on the hood of Earnhardt’s car.
