On November 20, 2005, GMAC Insurance introduced one lucky Independent Agency to the world of Nextel Cup racing by sharing a portion of the marketing space on the #25 GMAC/Ditech.com Chevrolet driven by Brian Vickers.
In a promotion, targeted only for some of GMAC Insurance's most successful agents, the Hearne Ballard Insurance Agency from Onancock Virginia was allowed to display the name of their agency alongside GMAC Insurance on the
rear bumper area of the #25 Chevy, also known as the "TV Panel." This is
the area of the car often seen on TV by in-car cameras following the #25 car.
