DOVER, Del. – Due to inclement weather in the area, Friday afternoon’s qualifying session at Dover International Speedway has been canceled.
The starting order for Sunday’s race has been set based on the current point standings.
That means Chase Elliott will lead his Hendrick Motorsports teammates to the green flag in ninth.
Alex Bowman will be next across the starting line in 12th with teammate Jimmie Johnson rolling off the grid right behind him in 13th.
William Byron will take the green flag in 22nd.
Kyle Busch, the current points leader, will take the green flag from the pole position.
Sunday afternoon’s Round of 12 playoff race at Dover International Speedway is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network, MRN Radio and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
