Hendrickcars.com selects winner for Champion's Weekend at Homestead

CHARLOTTE, N.C. ( Nov. 10, 2009) – Hendrickcars.com has selected the winner of the Champion’s Weekend at Homestead sweepstakes, which grants one fan and a guest VIP treatment at this month’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The sweepstakes was launched in conjunction with the Oct. 11 broadcast of “TOGETHER: The Hendrick Motorsports Story” on ABC. Janan Cheskis, of Riverwoods, Ill., was randomly selected from 3,568 entrants who registered on Hendrickcars.com and by mail between Oct. 10 and Nov. 2 for a chance to win the all-access weekend made possible by Hendrickcars.com and Hendrick Motorsports. “We’re hoping Janan will bring good luck to the Hendrick Motorsports teams as the Sprint Cup season concludes at Homestead-Miami Speedway,” said Chris Little of Hendrick Automotive Group. “It’s exciting for us to share NASCAR’s Championship Weekend with her, and we hope to celebrate in Victory Lane after the race.” As part of the VIP treatment, Cheskis and her guest will receive airfare and hotel accommodations along with a tour of a Hendrick Motorsports team transporter. Should a Hendrick Motorsports driver win the race or the Sprint Cup Series Championship, the pair also will be invited to join the post-event celebration.
