Mark Martin's fan appreciation days to be held this week in Arkansas
CONCORD, N.C. – Mark Martin will hold his annual fan appreciation days this week in his hometown of Batesville, Ark., and this year he’s invited his teammate Jeff Gordon to be his special guest.
The 7th Annual Mark Martin Fan Appreciation Days will be held April 15-16 at Martin’s dealership and museum in Batesville. The two-day event will kick off Friday at 10 a.m. local time when Buddy Baker, winner of the 1980 Daytona 500, and Rick Benjamin host a three-hour segment for Sirius NASCAR Radio. After the show, Baker will sign autographs for fans.
On Saturday, Martin and Gordon will join fans after the mid-morning qualifying session concludes at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway. The duo will sign autographs for fans and participate in a question-and- answer session at the tent and stage area.
