Jeff Gordon to appear on CBS special 'I Get That A Lot'

CONCORD, N.C. – Jeff Gordon, driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet, is one of several celebrities to be featured on the CBS special "I Get That A Lot." During the show, the celebrities take turns pulling pranks on everyday people. The show returns with its fifth one-hour special, to be broadcast Wednesday, Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. ET on the CBS Television Network. Check local listings.

As part of “I Get That A Lot,” Gordon masquerades as a sales associate at an automotive supply store in Atlanta. Gordon plays up his role and succeeds in confusing customers who can’t decide if he’s actually the driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet or just an astonishing look-alike. Gordon captures the customers’ cases of mistaken identity through multiple hidden cameras and microphones, one of which is cleverly hidden inside a Quaker State oil bottle.

Gordon’s segment will be one of several for the show, which also will feature former Olympian Bruce Jenner, the late Larry Hagman, Phil Keoghan of “The Amazing Race,” actor and comedian Cheech Marin and actress Jane Seymour.
