CONCORD, N.C. -- Hendrick Motorsports is on a hot streak at Pocono Raceway.

The organization has fielded a winner in at least one race at Pocono in each of the past four years, including season sweeps in 2013 and 2014.

In fact, Hendrick Motorsports has won five consecutive races at the 2.5-mile triangle, marking the second-longest win streak at a single track in organization history.

Only six straight wins at Phoenix International Raceway -- season sweeps in 2007, 2008 and 2009 -- surpass the current streak.

Perhaps most impressive is that Kasey Kahne, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. -- who is looking for three in a row at Pocono -- have all contributed wins in the streak.

To date, Hendrick Motorsports has 17 wins, 12 pole positions, 62 top-five finishes and 109 top-10s at Pocono.

A win Sunday bring the total to 18 at Pocono, which would tie for the second-most at a single track in organization history, joining Dover International Speedway and Charlotte Motor Speedway and trailing only Martinsville Speedway.
