CONCORD, N.C. – This weekend, NASCAR returns to NBC.
The 10-year partnership will begin this Friday with 23.5 hours of NASCAR coverage, including the NASCAR Sprint Cup Race at Daytona International Speedway on Sunday, July 5, at 7 p.m. ET.
Prior to hosting Sunday’s race, NBC will profile and feature drivers, crew chiefs and additional individuals in the weekend’s telecast. One feature will include Dale Earnhardt Jr., who sits down with his former crew chief Steve Letarte, a now NBC Sports Group NASCAR analyst, to talk about their passion for watching classic NASCAR races and Earnhardt’s recent engagement.
Catch this weekend’s coverage, beginning Friday, July 3, at 2 p.m. ET on NBC, as the network gears up to broadcast the rest of the NASCAR 2015 season.
