Hendrick Motorsports’ youngest teammate, and driver of the No. 25 NAPA AUTO PARTS Chevrolet SS, Chase Elliott successfully earned his way into his first Brickyard 400 race and will roll of the grid in 28th.

“We had a really good mock-qualifying run at the end of practice yesterday,” Elliott said. “I felt really good about it. I wish we could have qualified better today but, but I’m really happy to be in the show.”

Carl Edwards will lead the 43-car field to green on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.
