CONCORD, N.C. – Next Sunday’s Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway celebrates the return of the tradition to Labor Day weekend.
And now you have the chance to see the historic event in person – and meet six-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion Jimmie Johnson in the process.
Darlington Raceway is offering a special $48 ticket package for the Sept. 6 Southern 500. Included in the package is an adult grandstand ticket, a scanner rental and a question-and-answer session with Johnson himself.
That way you get to watch him race, hear him on the radio during the race and get to know the three-time Darlington winner before he races.
Johnson will have a different look that weekend as he takes to the track in his No. 48 Lowe’s throwback paint scheme in search of his fourth Darlington win and his fifth win of the 2015 season.
