LAS VEGAS -- Wednesday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the four Hendrick Motorsports teammates took part in a pair of testing sessions.
The test gave teams a chance to continue working with the new low-downforce package for 2016, which debuted last week at Atlanta.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. provided a few updates throughout the day via social media.
He told fans that the No. 88 Nationwide Chevrolet SS improved throughout the day.
And true to his word, he returned to the gathered fans to sign a few autographs.
