CONCORD, N.C. -- Chase Elliott took to Twitter to unveil the brand new paint scheme that he'll debut for the first time in July at Daytona International Speedway.
Elliott and the No. 24 Chevrolet SS team joined forces with SunEnergy1 in 2016, adding a new primary sponsor to the year's roster. SunEnergy1 -- one of the world's largest privately held solar energy companies -- will sponsor four races annually for the No. 24 car.
In addition to the July 2 race in Daytona, Elliott will pilot this paint scheme Aug. 7 at Watkins Glen International -- the same weekend Kenny Habul, founder and CEO of SunEnergy1, will compete in the No. 88 SunEnergy1 Chevrolet for JR Motorsports in the NASCAR XFINITY Series race.
Elliott's No. 24 Chevrolet SS will also run the SunEnergy1 scheme at Kansas Speedway on Oct. 16 and Phoenix International Raceway on Nov. 13.
