CONCORD, NC -- Jeff Gordon's racing career was celebrated with 600-plus team members on Tuesday.
The celebration? Distribution of specially designed rings that commemorate the four-time champion's 23-year career.
Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick accompanied the former driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet SS as they presented each team member their own personalized ring.
"Not only did he give me a ring but he gave the whole organization a ring because truly all the employees here played an important role in the success of the No. 24 team," stated Gordon. "For me, it was really special."
