CONCORD, N.C. -- Coming off two weeks of hometown racing, Hendrick Motorsports is ready to hit the road for this weekend's race at Pocono Raceway.
Kasey Kahne, Chase Elliott and Jimmie Johnson will pilot their primary paint schemes while Dale Earnhardt Jr. will strap into a different ride for the Axalta "We Paint Winners" 400.
