CONCORD, N.C. – This weekend, the four Hendrick Motorsports teams will take on Indianapolis Motor Speedway with hopes of planting a kiss on the bricks Sunday afternoon.

1) Hendrick Motorsports has a total of nine wins, 24 top-five finishes, 38 top-10s and five poles at Indianapolis.
2) Only two drivers have logged wins for the organization at the Speedway, Indiana, track: Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson.
3) Since 1984, drivers for the organization have led a cumulative total of 1,010 laps around the 2.5-mile oval.
4) The organization’s first win at the track came in the inaugural Brickyard 400 in 1994 when Gordon led 93 laps en route to victory.
5) A Hendrick Motorsports win this weekend would mark its 10th at Indianapolis. Currently, the organization has double-digit victory totals at 12 active Sprint Cup Series tracks: Martinsville (23), Charlotte (18), Dover (18), Pocono (17), Darlington (14), Daytona (14), Atlanta (14), Talladega (12), Bristol (10), Fontana (10), Phoenix (10) and Richmond (10).
6) Gordon, who is filling in for teammate Dale Earnhardt Jr. this weekend and next, leads the following NASCAR Sprint Cup Series statistical categories at Indianapolis Motor Speedway: wins (five), poles (three), top-five finishes (12, five more than any other driver), top-10s (17, six more than second) and laps led (528).
7) Johnson follows Gordon in Indianapolis wins with four to his name (2006, 2008, 2009 and 2012).
8) Having driven for Hendrick Motorsports every year of his 23-year career, Gordon is also the youngest Cup Series winner at the 2.5-mile oval, having earned his first victory there on Aug. 6, 1994, when he was just 23 years and two days old.
