CONCORD, N.C. -- Heading into the final off-weekend before the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the end of the regular season is creeping closer.
Take a look at these nine facts about Hendrick Motorsports in the final stretch of the 2016 regular season.
1) There are four remaining races before the Chase -- Bristol Motor Speedway, Michigan International Speedway, Darlington Raceway and Richmond International Raceway.
2) Hendrick Motorsports has a combined total of 42 wins at those four tracks -- 10 at Bristol, eight at Michigan, 14 at Darlington and 10 at Richmond.
3) The organization's most recent win at Bristol came in March 2013, thanks to Kasey Kahne. He led 109 laps en route to his first victory at the 0.533-mile track.
4) Jeff Gordon holds the most recent win for the organization at Michigan in 2014, when he led 68 laps before claiming his third career victory at the track.
5) The organization's most recent win at Darlington is courtesy of Jimmie Johnson in 2012. The driver took the green flag in second and led 134 laps to win the overtime-extended race.
6) Johnson also holds the most recent win at Richmond, which came in 2008. He started in third and didn't take the lead until the end of the race, leading a total of 32 laps.
7) Johnson is currently the only Hendrick Motorsports driver locked into the Chase, a milestone he clinched last month at Indianapolis. Following his two wins so far this year and his points standing, the only requirement Johnson must meet to be Chase-bound is attempting to start the remaining races of the regular season.
8) Heading into the final four races of the regular season, Johnson currently leads his teammates in the point standings in 10th. Rookie Chase Elliott follows closely in 12th, with Kahne and Dale Earnhardt Jr. rounding out the team effort in 17th and 21st, respectively.
9) The 16-driver Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup kicks off on Sunday, Sept. 18, at Chicagoland Speedway.
