CONCORD, N.C. -- What started in 1984 as a brand new one-car operation has now expanded to a four-car, 12-time championship team.

And at the helm of it all is Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick, who will soon be inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

"If you look at what Mr. Hendrick has built, the dynasty, really, that he has built here, the number of championships that they have won, the number of races that they've won," said former Hendrick Motorsports driver Terry Labonte, "to me it's amazing, but to me, it's all Rick Hendrick."
