RICHMOND, Va. – Dale Earnhardt Jr. will lead his teammates to the green flag from 12th Sunday at Richmond International Raceway.
Chase Elliott, Jimmie Johnson and Kasey Kahne all made it to the second round of qualifying and will start 14th, 17th and 19th, respectively.
“We definitely felt like we were going to qualify better than 17th, especially with that first round,” Johnson said. “Qualifying is not my strong suit, let’s line ‘em up and race and we’ll be just fine.”
