RIDGEWAY, Va. – Stage 2 at Martinsville Speedway is in the books and two Hendrick Motorsports teammates are inside the top 10.
Both Chase Elliott and Jimmie Johnson finished inside the top 10 for a second consecutive stage at the paperclip-shaped track.
Elliott took the Stage 2 green-checkered flag in fifth, scoring six bonus points.
He was followed by Johnson, who picked up an extra point by finishing 10th.
Kasey Kahne was the next teammate to finish Stage 2 in 14th after falling a lap down in the closing stage laps.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. drove his No. 88 Nationwide Chevrolet SS to an 18th-place Stage 2 result, also a lap behind the leaders.
Brad Keselowski won the stage.
The race will conclude with a final 240-lap segment.
