CONCORD, N.C. -- This month marks a very special anniversary for Hooters, and Chase Elliott is celebrating it on the track this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway.
November brings with it the 25th anniversary of Hooters' 1992 NASCAR Cup Series championship with driver Alan Kulwicki.
To honor that achievement, Elliott will sport a custom pair of racing shoes for this weekend's Round of 8 finale in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs.
