CONCORD, N.C. – This season, the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will go green-and-white for three races.
UniFirst will be the primary sponsor of William Byron’s No. 24 Chevy in three races this year, and the company revealed the brand-new paint scheme this week.
Back in 2016, UniFirst and Hendrick Motorsports reached an eight-year agreement that runs through the year 2023.
The official workwear provider of Hendrick Motorsports, UniFirst supplies work clothing and uniforms to the organization and its sister company, Hendrick Automotive Group.
"We're thrilled to be able to reveal the new paint scheme for the No. 24 UniFirst Chevrolet Camaro with William in the driver's seat," said Adam Soreff, director of marketing and communications for UniFirst. "He's a remarkable young man with amazing talent and a bright future as evidenced by his swift move through the NASCAR ranks. The car is going to look fantastic on the racetrack and we can't wait to show it off throughout the 2018 season."
The new ride will make its on-track debut at Pocono Raceway on Sunday, June 3. Its second race is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 30, at Charlotte Motor Speedway, followed by the scheme’s 2018 finale at Kansas Speedway on Sunday, Oct. 21.
