CONCORD, N.C. – In his first year on the ballot, Jeff Gordon was announced as a member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame Class of 2019.
Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick looked back on Gordon's career with the organization and reflected on their close relationship that has spanned over two decades.
“All these years we’ve been together, we’ve never had a misunderstanding, we never had to have a lawyer, a handshake was good enough for both of us,” Hendrick said. “He has been instrumental in building this place.”
