DAYTONA, Fla. – Due to inclement weather, this weekend’s race at Daytona International Speedway has been postponed.
It is now scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. The race will be broadcast on NBC.
When the green flag flies, Chase Elliott will lead his Hendrick Motorsports teammates with a seventh-place starting spot. Just behind him is Alex Bowman in ninth and Jimmie Johnson in 14th.
William Byron will start from the rear of the field after moving to a backup car due to an incident during practice.
“We came from the back last weekend and took the lead on Lap 80 of the race,” Byron said. “So, I feel pretty optimistic about that.”
In addition to NBC, the race will be broadcast on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
