DOVER, Del. – Saturday afternoon Chase Elliott led the way for Hendrick Motorsports after qualifying fifth for tomorrow’s 400-mile race at Dover International Speedway.
Next to take the green flag will be William Byron in sixth. His teammate Jimmie Johnson qualified in 11th with Alex Bowman following right behind in 12th.
Denny Hamlin won the pole.
Sunday’s race at the “Monster Mile” is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
