CONCORD, N.C. – Two races remain in the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season, and this weekend’s event at ISM Raceway will serve as the final elimination race to determine which four drivers will compete for the championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Chase Elliott is among the driver looking to advance at the track this weekend, and he’ll take the green flag piloting a newly-released NAPA AutoCare Canter Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. William Byron will also have a fresh look this weekend, driving the No. 24 Hertz Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 featuring the partner’s 2020 paint scheme.

The race is anyone’s game, but Hendrick Motorsports has the most history of success at ISM Raceway. The organization leads the Cup Series all-time in poles (11), wins (10), runner-up results (nine), top-five finishes (47), top-10s (84) and laps led (2,653).

Take a look at the video above to see which cars to look out for on the track this weekend. The race at ISM Raceway will take place at 2:30 p.m. ET Sunday on NBC.
