CONCORD, N.C. -- It's time for everyone to rev their virtual engines.
Wednesday marks the first race of the season for Hendrick Motorsports Gaming Club. Last year's competitors Nick Jobes and Sam Morris are back and are ready to take on the eNASCAR Heat Pro League in its second season.
Jobes will be driving the No. 25 Ally Chevrolet from the PlayStation 4 while Morris will be using his talents to pilot the No. 5 ChevyGoods.com Chevrolet on the XBox One.
"Goals and expectations (are) nothing short of a championship. Last season it was rough from a team aspect," Jobes said. "But if you look at my results from the beginning to the end, I progressed and was able to have better finishes toward the end of the season. ... Coming into Season 2, the goal is to win a championship."
Morris will start in seventh while Jobes will start in 11th place after they participated in the qualifying session.
