CONCORD, N.C. -- William Byron will be on the third row for the second race in the Pocono doubleheader weekend.
For Sunday's start, Byron will lead all Hendrick Motorsports driver in sixth place. Jimmie Johnson will roll off the grid in 21st, Chase Elliott will start in 25th and Alex Bowman will rev his engine in 27th.
The field was set based on the results of Saturday's race at the Pennsylvania track. The top 20 finishers had their positions inverted, and since Byron finished 14th in the event, his starting position for Sunday's race was flipped to sixth.
The drivers who finished in the second half of the field will start Sunday's race in those positions.
