CONCORD, N.C. -- William Byron's No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE will have a familiar color scheme for the upcoming All-Star Race festivities.
Byron's Chevy will have Axalta Sea Glass, the company’s 2020 Global Automotive Color of the Year, back for the first time since the DAYTONA 500.
Axalta, one of the leaders of liquid and powder coating, will have unique features added to the car during the All-Star events, including sleek orange stripes down the side and crisp stars on the hood of the car.
While Byron isn't in the All-Star race yet, he has a chance to join the field by winning one of three stages in the Open, which will take place right before the race, or by winning the fan vote. Fans can visit NASCAR.com/fanvote to cast their vote until July 14. Remember, votes shared on Facebook and/or Twitter count double.
The events all will be on Wednesday, July 15 at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports 1 at Bristol Motor Speedway. As in previous All-Star Races, a $1 million prize will be on the line.
