CONCORD, N.C. -- The Hendrick Motorsports teams are heading to Daytona International Speedway this weekend to tackle the DAYTONA Road Course.

It marks the first time the Cup Series has had a points-paying race at the road course. Despite Hendrick Motorsports' success at Daytona's 2.5-mile oval, the road course will be a completely unique challenge.

Here is everything you need to know to tune in to Sunday's race at Daytona.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

For the first time in its history, the NASCAR Cup Series will go fender-to-fender on the 3.56-mile Daytona International Speedway road course on Sunday. The team has won 14 points-paying Cup Series races at Daytona, along with 16 DAYTONA 500 Duel qualifying events and seven non-points Clash at DAYTONA exhibitions.
