CONCORD, N.C. – Once again, Chase Elliott topped Lionel Racing’s annual list of best-selling die-casts.
The 25-year-old NASCAR Cup Series champion was in the top spot on the list for a third year in a row. Not only that, eight of the best-selling die-casts were schemes from Elliott’s cars.
Six of his die-casts were from Cup Series races, while two schemes were from runs Elliott made in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series this season.
His NAPA AUTO PARTS Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE from his Championship 4 win Phoenix took the top spot. Elliott’s Hooters Give a Hoot scheme from the playoff race at Texas Motor Speedway, Kelley Blue Book scheme from his first win of the year at Charlotte Motor Speedway, UniFirst scheme from his first-ever All-Star Race win, and other NAPA die-casts took seven more positions on the list.
Teammate Jimmie Johnson’s Ally Chevrolet took the No. 2 spot with his Darlington seven-time champion tribute scheme to Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt.
Overall, 90% of the list was made up of Hendrick Motorsports drivers.
