Concord, N.C. – Sunday’s inaugural race on dirt at Bristol Motor Speedway has been postponed due to the weather.
It had been raining all day at the track with flooding in the area, which resulted in officials calling the event.
NASCAR announced the seventh race of the season will now be Monday, March 29 at 4 p.m. ET on FOX.
The starting lineup will remain the same with Alex Bowman taking the green flag from seventh followed by William Byron in eight and Chase Elliott in 26th. Kyle Larson earned the pole for the 250-lap event but will start from the rear of the field due to an engine change.
