CONCORD, N.C. – A familiar face will join the FOX Sports broadcast booth this weekend.
The network announced that four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon will make a one-race return to television Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. FOX revealed the news yesterday during its broadcast from Phoenix Raceway.
Before being named vice chairman at Hendrick Motorsports, Gordon spent six seasons as a race analyst for FOX Sports. He was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2019 and recorded 93 career points-paying victories during his driving career, including five at Atlanta. Hendrick Motorsports will seek its 15th win at the 1.5-mile track this weekend.
