CONCORD, N.C. – NASCAR officially released the 2025 Cup Series schedule on Thursday afternoon with a couple of notable additions.
After three years in the L.A. Coliseum, The Clash will move to Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C. as the venue will host its first NASCAR event in 54 years. The exhibition race will start the NASCAR season on Feb. 2, 2025.
Also included is a trip to Mexico City on June 15 for the first points-paying race held internationally in the Cup Series.
Still kicking off 36-race regular season will be the DAYTONA 500, scheduled for Feb. 16 at Daytona International Speedway. This year, William Byron drove his No. 24 Axalta Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 to victory late, giving Hendrick Motorsports its ninth win in the Great American Race.
