CONCORD, N.C. - NASCAR Hall of Famer and former crew chief/team owner, Ray Evernham, will make an appearance on the Hendrick Motorsports campus as part of the organization's Fall Fest, slated to be held Oct. 11 and 12.

Evernham will arrive at the Hendrick Performance Heritage Center at noon on Friday, Oct. 11 to sign copies of his book, "Trophies and Scars". Fans who purchase the book from the Hendrick Motorsports Campus Team Store can present a receipt to be eligible for an autograph from Evernham.

While atop the pit box for Jeff Gordon in the 1990s, Evernham was part of 47 NASCAR Cup Series victories and three championships (1995, 1997, 1998). He is also largely credited with helping to revolutionize pit stops, hiring and training athletic, specialized crew members and utilizing choreography to drastically reduce time spent on pit road.

Overall, he spent around seven years with Hendrick Motorsports and with Gordon, calling races from the end of 1992 until 1999. He was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2018 and into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 2023.

Hendrick Motorsports' Fall Fest will also include appearances by the team's four current drivers - Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, William Byron and Alex Bowman - as well as Gordon and Ben White, author of the organization's 40th Anniversary book. Fans can enter to win signings from drivers here and can also be entered to win a tour of the campus, here.
