CONCORD, N.C. - For the second week in a row, Hendrick Motorsports heads west. This time, Las Vegas Motor Speedway will play host to the NASCAR touring divisions. It will be the first traditional 1.5-mile oval of the 2025 season. 

Similar to Phoenix Raceway's main event, Las Vegas plays a crucial role in building a notebook. The Nevada facility hosts an event in the Cup Series Round of 8 and serves as a playoff driver's first chance to advance to the Championship 4. A strong run in the spring could play a big factor later down the line.

Las Vegas and Hendrick Motorsports have been quite the combination in recent years. In fact, five of the last eight races have gone to Rick Hendrick's organization including four straight spring events. Heading into Sunday, a solid finish would continue the hot start for all four entries as each team sits inside the top-11 in the regular season points standings.
