CONCORD, N.C. – Chase Elliott will pilot a special Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE for next month’s playoff race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Hooters will adorn the No. 9 machine with its “Give a Hoot” campaign that supports the fight against breast cancer. The black and pink scheme mirrors the pink that accompanies Breast Cancer Awareness month, which is in October.
Fans can join Hooters in the fight against breast cancer by purchasing pink No. 9 gear at Hooters.com and through the Chase Elliott Store. A portion of the proceeds will go to the V Foundation for Cancer Research, along with other beneficiaries through the Hooters Community Endowment Fund and the Kelly Jo Dowd Breast Cancer Research Fund.
Elliott currently is vying for a Cup Series championship and is preparing for the first race of the Round of 12 in Las Vegas. So far this season, he has two wins, 10 top-five finishes, 17 top-10s and has led for 669 laps. Elliott also took home his first All-Star Race win over the summer, along with its $1 million prize.
Fans can see the black and pink “Give a Hoot” scheme in action at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Check out the scheme from all angles below.
